Yes. Our team handles the entire closing process in both English and Spanish, from title commitment through policy issuance. Your Spanish-speaking clients work with professionals who communicate fluently, not through a translator.

Absolutely. We assign a dedicated closing coordinator to every file, so your transactions never compete for attention. Whether you have one deal or ten in the pipeline, each one gets the same turnaround and communication.

At minimum, we need a fully executed purchase contract and contact information for all parties. For financed transactions, we'll also need lender contact details and loan information. Our online order form walks you through exactly what's needed.

Our office is in Miami-Dade County, and we handle closings throughout the state of Florida. For out-of-state transactions, we offer mobile notary closings in all 50 states. Most of our realtor partners are based in Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Coral Gables, and the greater Miami-Dade area.
